BCL-2 promoter i-Motif and G quadruplex

The part forms an i-motif and/or G quadruplex, and has sticky ends on both 5' ends. The i-motif is shown on the coding strand of this sequence. If the part was to be ligated into a plasmid that had been digested with Eco RI, it could be ligated in either orientation (i-motif on the coding strand or G-quadruplex on the coding strand). The i-motif/G-quadruplex-forming sequence comes from the human BCL-2 promoter.
